Howdy! The name's Tavon Wright (feel free to call me by my real name if you wish :D), and I'm a Christian artist/author and amateur cartoonist. Most of my deviations are fanarts for my favorite shows, or scenes from my stories. I'm a huge animation fan, and also what'd you call an old soul--some of my favorite shows and movies are the ones people never hear about, and most of my interests are in old shows, music, clothing...you name it, I like it :D I also dabble in anime, games, and movies...but yeah, animation's kinda like my niche, since I want to be an animator one day.

Hey there, my fellow dA followers! I just wanted to let you know that yes, I'm still alive. I'm just taking a much-needed break after a long spring semester. And I need to since next week is the beginning of the summer term. I know, you're thinking "Isn't this a bit much?". Well, I'd like to take a semester-long break from school, but I know that if I do that, it'd set me back a few months, and that's time I could be using working towards my degree! No, really, it has been. I haven't made a journal post since the beginning of last year.
To some of you, it seems like I disappeared off the face of the earth for a couple of months. I've had a lot to deal with last fall, namely:
Being kicked out of my program at Wake Tech due to lack of financial aid.Subsequently starting a new term at Strayer University and starting my first term towards earning a Bachelor's in Business Administration. My parents also started their term at Strayer so it's like the three of us in school at the same time.
